At Chef Mark’s Coffee & Spice Co., we take pride in crafting small-batch, gourmet products made with care and quality. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, spices, and food products, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Coffee (ground or whole bean)

• Spices and seasoning blends

• Food items and edible products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any food items once they have left our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit. Be sure to include:

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue
